Will my flowers look like the photo?
Each piece is designed by hand with that day’s best stems, so it will match the style, palette and size of the photo, with small natural variations. If a flower is unavailable we substitute with one of equal or higher value in the same palette.
Can I order for someone in another country to receive in Toronto?
Yes — many of our customers order from abroad for family in the GTA. Pay securely by card or PayPal, and enter the recipient’s Toronto-area address as the shipping address.
How do I add a card message?
At checkout, under “Additional order information”. We hand-write every card. Tick “Send anonymously” if you’d like your name left off.
What if nobody is home?
Our driver will call the recipient, leave the flowers with a concierge or neighbour if it is safe to do so, and text you a photo. If we cannot leave them safely, we bring them back and redeliver.
How do I care for my bouquet?
Trim 2 cm off the stems at an angle, use the flower food provided, change the water every two days and keep the vase away from heat, sun and fruit bowls.
How long do Forever Roses last?
A year or more. They need no water — just keep them out of direct sun and humidity, and dust gently with a soft brush.
