Our 7-day freshness promise
If your fresh flowers don’t last at least 7 days with normal care, send us a photo within that week at info@zeeba.ca and we will replace them or refund you.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Same-day orders can be cancelled until we start designing them — call or WhatsApp us.
Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal. If a stem is unavailable, we substitute with one of equal or greater value in the same style and colour palette.
Wrong address
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, a redelivery fee may apply.
